All our pre purchase timber pest inspections are conducted by a fully qualified termite and timber pest inspector.
Pro Team Group provide a comprehensive and professional pre purchase timber pest inspection and a written report including detailed information and photos of problem areas found during the pre purchase inspection. Our timber pest inspection includes termites, timber borer and fungal decay. All our pre purchase inspections are to Australian Standards. We provide with our timber pest and termite inspection advice and recommendations on the conditions on your property that are conducive to termite and timber pest attack and things that you can do to rectify these issues.
We provide a free termite management proposals if required once your pre purchase timber pest inspection has been completed.
If termites or termite activity is found in your home or on your property we can provide termite control and termite treatments.
We can provide advice, quotations and rectification of subfloor ventilation problems if your house or building is found to have inadequate subfloor ventilation during our pre purchase inspection.
Inadequate subfloor ventilation creates an environment with increased moisture which increases the risk of foraging termites to be attracted to your house and establishing themselves in your house.
Mould also often grows under houses with poor subfloor ventilation and timber fungi attack to subfloor timber framing members increases with poor subfloor ventilation. There is also health risks to the occupiers of the home or building associated with mould in the subfloor area.
We spend time to do a detailed pre purchase timber pest inspection, scanning the subfloor and roof void areas, inspecting the interior and exterior of the house, inspecting the site including trees, stumps, and timber embedded in soil within 50 metres of the main building and within the boundary.
We give you the information in your pre purchase timber pest report to enable you to make an informed decision on your purchase and put a dollar value on the cost to rectify timber pest problems of your potential purchase and/or investment.
As well as termite control and treatments we also provide rectification works to homes and buildings damaged by termite attack once the termite treatment has been successfully completed.
