You will be dealing directly with the construction manager who is a professional licensed building practitioner. The construction manager will then oversee and manage your project through all the processes until completion.

With our own employed tradesman only subcontracting out specialised trades gives us more control of the building process. Our courteous and considerate tradesmen are accustomed to working in occupied homes and are not only trained as professional trades, but also in being respectful and adaptive in sensitive and/or confidential environments.
